PART TIME & CONTRACT

The role of a General Laborer is to provide services for clients which includes multiple fields of services. The following positions will give a detailed description of the duties of the General Laborer.

· Driver/mover: for this position, you must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license with absolutely no points. You must be able to stand, bend, and climb stairs without any medical restrictions. You must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and be able to carry, lift, push, and pull heavy objects. This position pays $25/HR (depending on experience). (This position also offers tips.)
· Cleaning technician: for this position, you will be required to clean residential or commercial establishments. Cleaning can include standard cleaning which includes light dusting, sweeping, mopping, and bathroom disinfection to detailed cleaning which can include windows, vacuuming, and power washing. You must be comfortable climbing ladders and standing for long periods of time. Carpentry experience is a plus. This position pays $25/HR (depending on experience). (This position also offers tips.)

All positions require the General Laborer to have the following ready upon interview:

· A valid government issued picture ID (passport, driver’s license, or state ID)
· A resume with your name, current physical address, an active phone with unlimited mobile data, an active email address, and a utility bill that has your current physical address on it.
· Must have your own supplies such as a mask, gloves, protective goggles, steel toe boots, and a back brace. Any heavy duty equipment will be provided by us or the client.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
