Smile and greet guests as they pass through the lobby
Register and assign rooms based on guest preferences outlined in their World of Hyatt profiles.
Answer phones with a smile in your voice, answer questions regarding reservations or other hotel amenities.
Update guest information in profiles as needed
Respond to guest issues in a calm and professional tone.
Communicate with all departments to fulfill guest requests.
Verify all deposits and any shift paperwork
Balance daily hotel paperwork as outlined by checklist and management requests
Assist with breakfast and coffee setup for early morning checkouts and help prepare kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:
Flexible/open schedule
A minimum of 1 year hotel experience is preferred
Knowledge of local area is preferred
Friendly and genuine guest interaction
