Full Time Maintenance Technician - The Trails at Rockwell
We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, The Trails at Rockwell!
In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of residents, as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community. You will have the benefit of living on-site, saving time and gas every day!

Pay: From $14.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- General customer service and commitment to resident satisfaction
- Past property maintenance experience preferred
