Fulfillment / Customer Service Associate - Cannabis Industry

Job Summary:
Can you assist in all aspects of the e Commerce Fulfillment team including ordering, shipping, receiving, processing, and warehousing cannabis products? Are you ready to help distribute cannabis products to curbside customers? Can you ensure excellent customer service through friendly outgoing service, compassionate care, strong communication skills, and detailed cannabis knowledge?

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ensure accuracy and quality of shipped and curbside orders
Weigh, package, and label loose cannabis flower and gummies in the required quantities
Restock and organize inventory
Assist with monthly inventory count
Deliver cannabis products to curbside customers and offer consultations as needed
Work with team to ensure cleanliness throughout office and warehouse areas
Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules
Adhere to company work hours, policies, and rules governing professional staff behavior

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

Walk, stand, or remain stationary for the entire shift
Able to continuously stoop, reach, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
Professional appearance and good personal hygiene

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred)

Work Experience:

1+ years in a customer-facing role

Qualifications:

Extensive cannabis product knowledge
Self-motivated with a desire to grow personally and professionally
Use equipment such as basic hand tools, receiving and cleaning equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of cannabis industry experience
1+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of warehouse experience
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Flexibility to work in-person B2B/B2C pop-up events

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM
