Summary:
The Front Office Coordinator role requires professional and effective corporate and enterprise client liaison, technical telecommunications expertise and operational efficiency within the corporate team to ensure the clients expectations are met and exceeded. Also, performs a variety of administrative duties, including scheduling input and registration, insurance verification, authorizations with the goal of providing outstanding customer service to our Team Members, Physicians and Partner Hospitals and Facilities.
Other information:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and three to five years of medical office experience in a Physician's office. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
