Front of House Team Member

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience, whether in a café setting, grocery store, or kitchen environment.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Toast POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
Provide support to kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure timely service.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

Experience in a café or retail environment is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Basic understanding of retail math for accurate transaction processing.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for providing excellent customer service and helping others enjoy their experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
