As a key part of our Chiropractic and Therapeutic Massage team, the Front Desk Receptionist ensures a smooth and efficient experience for patients, providers, and staff. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to excellent customer service, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a professional demeanor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a critical role in ensuring they receive the best possible care. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in collecting and entering patient information.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of provider time and clinic resources.
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and routing to appropriate departments.
Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Process payments, co-pays, and insurance verification.
Handle patient concerns with professionalism and escalate to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

Competitive pay ($18-$22 depending on experience)
