As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills will ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems is advantageous
- Familiarity with night audit procedures would be beneficial
