The Fire Sprinkler Service Technician delivers quality products and services which meet or exceed the customer's and industry standards to achieve customer satisfaction through a unified commitment to job competency, safety and unsurpassed service. (2 Current Openings)
Position is located in Prescott, Arizona District Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the performance of routine service and maintenance of fire sprinkler/standpipe systems and related equipment.
• Replace painted fire sprinkler heads, replace portions of corroded fire sprinkler piping, perform small TI’s modifications, repair fire sprinkler leaks, recharge antifreeze, reset & troubleshoot dry valves, changeout gauge packs, replace drain valves.
• Operate Rigid power machine and thread and groove pipe.
• Accurately complete and return all field paperwork on time.
• Interface with customers to explain work to be performed, answer their questions, and address their concerns in a knowledgeable and respectful manner.
• Provide accurate and complete information on reports
• Manage time including time on the job as well as time on road to job sites.

Job Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years’ experience servicing, maintaining fire sprinkler systems.
• Must possess a valid drivers’ license in addition to a good driving record.
