What You'll Do:
As a Window Cowboy Field Technician, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our clients' windows sparkle and shine. Your daily tasks will include:
As a Window Cowboy Field Technician, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our clients' windows sparkle and shine. Your daily tasks will include:
- Driving company vehicles to job sites. (must be comfortable with driving and navigating)
- Assisting with interior and exterior window cleaning projects.
- Performing cleaning tasks using various tools, including squeegees, water-fed poles, and extension ladders.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and care of company vehicles and equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid driver’s license (and a clean driving record).
- A solid work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift, carry, and climb ladders safely.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- No prior window cleaning experience? No problem! We’ll train you.
