Field Supervisor

Exciting Opportunity at Suburban Pest Control for a Field Supervisor.

At Suburban Pest Control, we are hiring for a Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate operations in the field/office. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of service professionals, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining efficient workflow. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in pest control.
Pest Control License(Must Have).
Drivers License.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using technology for job-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

Supervise field operations and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Train and mentor service professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.
Coordinate with other departments to optimize field operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Manage schedules, assignments, and resources to meet project deadlines.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare reports on field operations and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
