Field Operations Manager
Job Summary: The Field Operations Manager will oversee our team of installers and service technicians and will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of our installation and service teams. This role ensures that all installations are completed to the highest standards and that any service issues are promptly and effectively resolved. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.

- Oversee the daily operations of the installation and service teams.
- Ensure all installations are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the scheduling and dispatching of service technicians for follow-up visits.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of installers and service technicians.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to installations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Highly skilled in AAMA window and door installation processes.
- Proven experience in large Tract Home Construction Projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
