Field Marketing Representative
Job Description:
As a Nightlife Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting Blinxe events by engaging with potential attendees in nightlife settings. Your primary responsibility will be to network with club-goers, spark interest in our upcoming events, and encourage them to sign up for our exclusive SMS marketing list.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: $190.58 - $229.52 per day
Compensation Package:
As a Nightlife Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting Blinxe events by engaging with potential attendees in nightlife settings. Your primary responsibility will be to network with club-goers, spark interest in our upcoming events, and encourage them to sign up for our exclusive SMS marketing list.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit popular nightlife venues in San Francisco to interact with patrons.
- Approach individuals and small groups to introduce Blinxe and its upcoming events.
- Enthusiastically share event details and answer questions about Blinxe Events.
- Gather SMS contact information from interested individuals using a provided sign-up form or app.
- Maintain professionalism and represent Blinxe's brand positively at all times.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on outreach efforts and suggest improvements.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with strangers in nightlife and social settings.
- Familiarity with nightlife culture and an understanding of the target audience.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in promotions, sales, or nightlife is a plus but not required.
- Competitive hourly rate + performance bonuses based on the number of sign-ups.
- Free or discounted entry to Blinxe & YOLO SF events.
Pay: $190.58 - $229.52 per day
Compensation Package:
- Commission pay
- Daily bonus
- Performance bonus
- 4 hour shift
- Night shift
