MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for planning and leading the execution of high profile, complex job treatment programs and for providing ground support to Supervisors and field crew members. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications:
6+ years oilfield service experience
3+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
Experience:
Knowledgeable of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Transport of Dangerous Goods (TDG), and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Ability to think on feet and adapt to situations
Ability to work as part of a team and create a strong sense of teamwork
Proven leadership abilities
Problem recognition and solving skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

Ability to work a work schedule of 15 days on, 6 days off, and travel up to 100%
Skills:
Partners with District Manager and Supervisors to review job programs/call sheets and to understand job requirements to begin preparing for job and resource planning.
Coordinates all details to administer field services; ensures proper crews, equipment, materials, supplies and other outside resources are lined up to perform jobs.
Dispatches crews to field.
Fields calls from customers to plan logistics of job execution; confirm job dates and set up; research and resolve any last-minute issues.
Provides pre-job support to customers by coordinating the job location (i.e. spotting of equipment on location)
Liaise between field operations, engineering, and customer to ensure effective, efficient, and safe job operating conditions.
Provides technical guidance to customers and field personnel.
Ensures field operator drivers log books are kept up to date and are filled out correctly as per Department of Transportation regulations; collects, organizes and files logs as required.
Responsible for overseeing the field operators and supervisors; counsels employees on performance related issues and conducts performance evaluations with District Manager; schedules employee time off while ensuring appropriate staffing levels are met to execute jobs; may be involved in the interviewing and hiring of employees.
Monitors field personnels performance; conducts spot checks and assists in safety audits.
Promotes Safety Standards at all times: shop, yard, location and while traveling.
Attends and participates in daily / weekly Safety Meetings.
Assists in executing jobs in the field as required.
Ensure that paper work is completed in a timely fashion.
Highly organized and strong time management abilities.

CRITICAL TASKS / PERFORMANCE GOALS: WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL ABILITIES: While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the environment is moderate to loud. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, sit and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms, lift up to 25 pounds. Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear and smell; lift more than 50 pounds. The vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
