Eligible candidates must meet minimum requirements listed below. Areas where work would occur are primarily within the Hampton Roads VA and NE NC area. Some travel may be necessary from time to time. Positions are for full time only. Prior to submitting an application please note that the position is for the Hampton Roads/NE NC area and East Coast will not pay nor assist with relocation expenses. We are looking for a full time Demolition Equipment Operator at our company East Coast Abatement and Demolition.
Qualifications:
- Equipment Operator Experience
- Ability to separate materials for recycling and disposal
- Conducts routine inspections before operating equipment to identify needed maintenance or repairs
- Performs or requests necessary repairs and adjustments to equipment
- Ensures work is completed to specification
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Must have the ability to complete required paperwork accurately
- Must know how to load dump trucks and dump trailers
- Must know how to tear down, separate, and properly run a small project from start to finish
