Join our team as an Events Concierge and play a key role in curating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for event planning and coordination.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Assist with event budgeting and cost tracking.
- Manage event timelines and handle any last-minute changes or requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for local attractions, activities, and services.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
