Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Event Technology Coordinator to join our team in Broomall, PA. This hybrid role combines office work, remote work, and occasional travel to event sites. It’s an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in the event industry. As a Junior Event Technologist, you will be a key contributor to building and managing event registration websites and conference mobile apps, ensuring successful event experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage registration websites for various corporate events, ensuring functionality, design, and user experience meet client standards.
Review and test websites, mobile apps, and registration systems to ensure they are error-free and function as intended.
Identify and correct errors to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Review data for accuracy, ensuring it aligns with client specifications and event requirements.
Write and review CSS to maintain consistent design and branding across websites and platforms.
Collaborate with senior technologists and event managers to support the technical needs of events.
Travel to event locations as needed to provide on-site technical support.
Produce small virtual events using platforms such as Vimeo, Big Marker, Stream Yard, and Pheed Loop.
Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and event tracking, using advanced functions to ensure accuracy.
Implement automated workflows and integrations to connect event platforms with other systems, optimizing processes and ensuring smooth data transfer.

Qualifications:

Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Event Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thoroughly test and troubleshoot websites and mobile applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with event technology platforms or registration software.
Basic knowledge of Java Script or other programming languages.
Previous experience in web development or event technology (internships or personal projects).
