We cater to a variety of events, including weddings, Sweet 16s, school dances, Quinceañeras, mitzvahs, and more. Our team is dedicated to bringing each event to life, and we’re seeking enthusiastic, talented dancers and motivators to join us in creating these memorable experiences.
Position Overview:
We are hiring Dancers & Party Motivators who are passionate about performance and skilled at engaging audiences. In this role, you'll be dancing and interacting with guests at a range of events, helping to keep the energy high and ensuring everyone has a fantastic time. Events may require you to wear costumes or themed outfits, and you’ll typically perform in sets of 20-30 minutes on, with 10-15 minutes off.
Responsibilities:

Dance to a variety of music genres to match event themes and client requests.
Interact with guests, encouraging them to join in and keeping the crowd engaged.
Bring a high level of energy and excitement to each performance set.
Wear themed costumes or outfits as required by specific events.
Work in sync with DJs, MCs, and other team members to deliver seamless entertainment.
Adapt your energy and interaction style to suit each event’s unique vibe.
Ensure a memorable experience for guests of all ages.

Qualifications:

Strong dancing skills with versatility across different dance styles.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to sustain high energy and enthusiasm through multiple dance sets.
Willingness to wear costumes or themed attire as needed for specific events.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in all interactions.
Previous experience in dance or entertainment is preferred but not required.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, based on event schedules.
