ESL Teacher
The Tyson Foods plant in Claryville, KY is hiring a part-time teacher for ESL (English as a Second Language) classes that will begin in January. This class is a free benefit to Tyson employees and we are seeking someone who is able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and who has experience teaching ESL. More details below:
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 13 per week
Compensation Package:
- Class: basic English + digital skills (we have a full curriculum and will train the instructor)
- Hours: Monday and Tuesday 7:15 - 8:45am and 12:00 - 3:30pm
- Start date: January, 2025
- Course length: 14 weeks, will likely continue for repeated 14-week sessions (3x/year)
- Pay: $40/hour for instruction time plus several hours a week of prep time, plus all training. This will average to 10-13 paid hours per week.
- Location: Tyson Foods plant in Claryville, KY
