We are currently looking for a full-time and a part-time team member to join our amazing team. They must be hardworking, outgoing, and eco-conscious individuals. This is an exciting opportunity for people who are customer service oreinted and passionate about the environment.
This position requires weekends. We are a small but mighty team and every member counts.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome, engage and educate the community
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Help customers by listening to their needs and leading them to potential solutions
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Keep the store and inventory stocked and presentable, including watering plants and refilling inventory on the sales floor
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Stocking and refilling products
- Wrapping soap and giftwrapping gift
Skills:
- Self-motivated and self-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with manager, team and customers
- Listening skills, to hear what the customer needs
- Initiative to learn about the product we offer
- Honest
- Hard working
- Constantly be open to learning and constructive criticism
- Proficiency in Square POS software preferred
Physical requirements
- We often stand for up to 8 hours on a sales floor.
- We lift up to 40lbs to refill and stock the floor with inventory including liquids.
- We go up and down ladders and stairs to get back stock to stock the floor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
