Job Summary:
Process Work Order information, Purchase Requests and Receiving Documents in CMMS Software. Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering into a file.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: mid-April through late-October 2025
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Housing: Employee housing is not available

Responsibilities:
- Familiar with (CMMS) Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Familiar with building maintenance and parts terms.
- Clerk process Work Order information, Purchase Requests and Receiving Documents in CMMS Software.
- Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering into a file.
- Entering information into Electronic software or files from hand written pages or figures contained in printed files.
- Deciphering hand written documents or faded text and transforming into digital data.
- Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete.
- Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product.
Qualifications:
- Strong typing, analytical, and computer skills (10key and at least 60 WPM).
- Proficient with Adobe, Microsoft word and Excel.
- Ability to enter data accurately at a given speed.
- Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making skills.
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to sit for a long periods of time.
- Must be able to walk and stand.
- Ability to perform general office functions.
