Overview: Join our client’s team as a Project Coordinator/Scheduler where you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining project schedules. Utilize your expertise in MS Project and project coordination to ensure timely delivery of engineering projects, while effectively communicating milestones and workload. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
Coordinate with engineering teams to create and update project charts and design schedules.
Manage workload distribution and track project progress to ensure alignment with timelines.
Document and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring all action items are tracked and completed.
Utilize Microsoft Office for various project management tasks and reporting.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
Utilize Procore or similar project management software to enhance scheduling and coordination efforts (preferred).
Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven experience in project coordination and scheduling, preferably in a commercial engineering or industrial environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Procore or similar project management software is a plus.
