Hilltop Christian School is looking for a highly qualified individual to be an Elementary Resource Aide in a Kindergarten - 1st grade classroom for the 2024-2025 school year. Our Aides:
At Hilltop Christian School, our approach centers on personal, interactive instruction by experienced teachers who see each child as an individual. Children are encouraged to learn by exploring the world around them, and to communicate and express themselves clearly and confidently. We are state licensed and nationally accredited.
Requirements:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week

Our Aides:
- Assist teachers in implementing curriculum
- Maintain positive, orderly, focused and developmentally appropriate learning conditions
- Prepare classrooms for each day, includes cleaning
- Engage children in play while modeling appropriate and respectful social interactions
- Maintain the health and well-being of our students
- Help with classroom management
- Teach small group ELA and math

Requirements:
- Experience as an aide in a classroom environment
- Some coursework in education or early childhood development
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Ability to meet state license requirements for ongoing education and training
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Background check required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
