Early Childhood & School Age Child Care Teacher (Neenah-Menasha YMCA)
The Neenah-Menasha YMCA Child Care Development Center and Before & After School Age department are hiring a lead-qualified. As our newest teacher, you'll split your days between our licensed early childhood day care and school age child care programs. Start your mornings off with the cutest infants and toddles in a educational & engaging environment. Afternoons will be on-site at a Neenah elementary school, playing, learning & growing with youth. Teachers at the Y will interact affectionately and respectfully with children and their families, as well as encourage a child's interests. This a full-time position with hours of opportunities between 8:45 AM-5:45 PM.
Applicants who do not obtain these courses are encouraged to apply. The Y can provide coursework & support to complete these requirements.
Lead Teacher Positions Possess one or more of the following or willing to complete within 6-months of hire, in addition to completing Introduction to Child Care Professions:

- 18 years of age or older.
- Completed high school or its equivalency as determined by the DPI.
- Previous experience working with infants and children is preferred.
Lead Teacher Positions Possess one or more of the following or willing to complete within 6-months of hire, in addition to completing Introduction to Child Care Professions:
- Skills and Strategies for the Childcare teacher
- Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or education-related.
- Teacher registry certificate
