Expected salary range of $144,900 to $161,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Manage dry cask storage program at the assigned site(s).
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage the detailed scope, quality, performance delivery, schedule adherence, and budget of DCS campaigns.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dry cask storage facilities, ensuring assigned surveillance and maintenance activities are conducted and emergent conditions are appropriately addressed.
- Establish and obtain approval of scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Ensure appropriate work documents are developed and work activities are integrated into the plant work schedule.
- Ensure contracted services and materials required to conduct dry cask operations are available and delivered.
- Provide communication to Exelon Nuclear and site management for status of dry cask storage activities.
- Coach and mentor other program managers and cross-functional support personnel fostering continuous improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Individual must possess 4-year technical degree and have 8 years of utility or related industry experience OR Non-technical 4-year degree or Associates degree in a technical discipline with 10 years directly applicable In lieu of degree 12 years directly applicable experience with
