Documentation Specialist Details:

Temporary position
$17.00 to $19.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Process and distributing accounts payable mail such as invoices, return checks, statements
Handle outgoing checks and audit reports following specific procedures/policies
Working closely with AP team to identify and resolve issues and discrepancies
Providing superior customer service to internal and external customers
Doing all work activities with a high level of accuracy and efficiency

Documentation Specialist Qualifications:

1-2 years related office/accounting/ payment handling experience
Experience using office equipment (printer, computers and scanners) and MS Office software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to quickly learn processes to perform duties accurately
HS Diploma or GED required, lifting 10-25 lbs on occasion when needed

Applicant may be subject to a background check
