Dispatcher/Customer Service
Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
Pay: $10.72 - $11.30 per hour

Duties
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and product information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Utilize fleet management and shipping receiving systems to track shipments
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve service offerings
- Dispatch orders efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of freight logistics and transportation industry practices
- Experience with GIS software for mapping and routing optimization
- Proficiency in Syte Line or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of dispatching procedures and order management systems
Pay: $10.72 - $11.30 per hour
