Job Overview

Responsibilities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.07 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week

Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash regularly.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
- Previous experience in hospitality or catering environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus, especially in a culinary or hotel setting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed within the kitchen setting.
