Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our cooks and food service staff, contributing to a smooth operation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, and food preparation areas.
Assist with food preparation as needed to support cooks during busy service times.
Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to ensure a tidy dining area.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality standards in food presentation.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with hospitality settings such as hotels, catering services, or banquet operations is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service are essential for success in this role.
