Key Responsibilities:

Implement innovative HR strategies that align with our community's values and goals
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent
Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and teamwork
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and empathetic manner
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
Plan and coordinate fun team-building events and activities to boost morale and camaraderie

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare or retirement community setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels
Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and employee relations
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for creating a fun and supportive work environment
