Detox Nurse (7am to 7pm)
Summary: Nurses will be working in a detoxification setting caring for patients by monitoring them, administering medications, consulting with health care providers, updating patient records, etc.
Role and Responsibilities:
Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour

Role and Responsibilities:
- Record a patient’s medical history accurately.
- Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
- Perform routine procedures (taking vitals, administering medications etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
- Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.).
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
- Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
- Proven experience as an RN or LPN, preferably with addiction experience and 1 years’ experience in nursing.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods, procedures, and terminology.
- Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with hospital heath, safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations.
- Responsible, compassionate, and able to handle stress.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Successful completion of ASN, BSN, or nursing diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid Ohio nursing license.
- Maintains CPR/AED certification.
Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
