Detailer/Car Wash

SUMMARY:
Kona Auto Center is expanding to include a full-time Detailer/Car Wash. If you enjoy working with cars, dedicated, energetic, and a team player, we want to hear from you.
Duties includes but not limited to:
Cleans and refurbishes new and used vehicles and conforms to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and time allowances.
Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down door jams.
Applies wax to vehicle body and wipes or buffs surface.
Vacuums interior of vehicle to remove loose dirt and debris.
Cleans upholstery, rugs and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
Maintain Cleaniness of new vehicle inventory.
Fill in empty spaces on lot.
Check in delivered new vehicle inventory.
Inspects vehicles for damage upon arrival.
Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.
Keeps work area neat and clean.
Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
Reports any safety issues immediately to working supervisor.
Complies with federal, state and local Rules and Regulations that affect the prep department operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, and etc.
Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Driver’s Abstract.

Hourly Pay Range: $18.00-$18.90
