Job Details:

Full-time and part-time positions available.
$21.50-$22 per hour (paid weekly)
Paid training
Potential overtime, performance, and referral bonuses

Typical shifts: 8-10 hours, four days a week
Must work at least one weekend day
Shifts start mid-morning and end in the evening (subject to adjustments)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Keep pace in a physically demanding job; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); work in all weather conditions during all seasons; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at various locations
Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle
Deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions, ensuring packages are delivered safely and punctually
Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles
Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, taking pictures of packages once delivered, clocking in/out, calling customers regarding deliveries, and communicating with supervisors and other team members
Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
Communicate effectively with the support team to ensure exceptional customer service and complete deliveries
Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old
Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
Authorized to work in the United States
Must pass a 4-panel drug screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
Must have good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills
