Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Manager to oversee the daily operations of our deli department. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the deli department, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with budgeting to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate catering orders and special events, providing exceptional service to clients.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including equipment maintenance.
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or culinary setting is preferred.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of budgeting practices related to food service operations.
- Experience in training development for new employees.
- Familiarity with catering services and coffee preparation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
