Data Integrity Analyst - Wealth Management Operations
Description:
We are seeking a Data Integrity Analyst - Wealth Management Operations at our downtown Cleveland, Ohio wealth management firm. The Data Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of organizational data, enabling seamless integration and communication between systems. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce data governance policies, conduct data quality audits, and enhance data integrity across the organization. The role requires a strong focus on data compliance, auditing, and optimization to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
This position offers work from home flexibility 2 days per week. Position responsibilities:
Perform regular audits and validations to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems and platforms.
Identify data inconsistencies, discrepancies, and gaps; initiate clean-up activities to improve data quality and standardization and prevent future issues.
Work on system integrations and ensure that data flows seamlessly across platforms while maintaining data quality and governance standards.
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in data collection, audit, and reporting processes.
Implement tools and scripts to streamline data analysis and reduce manual processing time.
Support transitions of client accounts between platforms, such as migrating from one platform to another, or integrating an acquired company into our systems, while maintaining data consistency throughout the transition.
Collaborate with the compliance team to support audits and regulatory filings.
Provides various internal and external audit reports
Prepares and updates Data Integrity Department procedures as needed
Works closely with the Operations Team to proactively review accounts for accuracy and data aggregation timeliness
Focuses on continuous process improvement
Completes other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Essential skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the financial or investment advisory industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.
Familiarity with portfolio management systems (e.g., Tamarac Advisor View, Addepar) and financial performance tools (e.g., Investment Metrics).
Strong understanding of financial concepts, portfolio management, and investment performance reporting.
Experience conducting data audits and ensuring data consistency across multiple platforms.
Experience with data governance policies, data management workflows, and maintaining a clean data lake.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data migration and integration processes.
Understanding of and interest in investments and performance calculation
Knowledge of alternative investments.
Ability to work under pressure, organize and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with Tamarac, Portfolio Center, Addepar, Orion, Salesforce, and By All Accounts a plus
