Data Analyst II - System Configuration and Data Management

As a Data Analyst II, you'll support the world's largest retailer in maintaining data accuracy and integrity within our transportation systems. Desired Skills & Experience:

Basic understanding of supply chain or e Commerce operations is a plus

Familiarity with data tools like MS-Excel (Intermediate to advanced level), MS-Access and exposure to SQL is beneficial

Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting to support data needs and maintain quality

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks independently under guidance

Key Responsibilities:

Data Configuration Support: Assist in transportation data setup and configuration to onboard new carriers or fulfillment centers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with system requirements.

Data Validation and Quality Assurance: Regularly validate and update transportation data to support system quality and achieve data integrity.

Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside cross-functional teams to help launch new initiatives and support business goals.

Identify & Address Data Issues: Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies, working with more senior team members and internal partners to provide insights for reporting and analysis.

Documentation and Process Maintenance: Contribute to documentation efforts, maintaining records for system configurations and any changes in data processes.

Automation & Process Improvements: Support process automation efforts and suggest improvements for efficiency in data-related tasks.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in data science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

1+ years of experience or internship in a data-related role, particularly within Supply Chain, e Commerce, or similar areas.

Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of MS-Excel, Power Point with exposure to SQL and data management concepts.

Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency across updates and changes.

Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills for working with team members and business partners to support project goals.

Time Management: Ability to manage assigned tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Preferred qualifications:

Strong SQL skills and knowledge
