CYBERSECURITY MANAGER
Location: Raleigh, NC
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE CYBERSECURITY MANAGER
- Provides IAM design guidance (people, process, and technology) as well as operational and policy direction to diverse teams including IT, Plant Operations (OT), Auditors, Customers, and Vendors.
- Researches, evaluates, recommends, designs, and implements IT security solutions related to Identity and Access Management
- Enables automation associated with access provisioning
- Administers a variety of IAM technology including password vaults, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, access recertification, and digital certificates.
- Conducts recurring access review and recertification
- Reviews and approves policy exceptions
- Performs internal compliance and best practices assessments
- Managing operations, projects, and security incidents simultaneously
- Positively influence others without use of authority
- Continuous process improvement based on lessons learned and best practices
- Project Management
- IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) analysis
- Strong collaboration skills and comfortable working in a team environment
- Ability to manage stressful situations associated with cyber-attack
- Influence IT and Business customers regarding security, compliance, and risk
- Credibly communicate cybersecurity concepts to technical and non-technical audience
- Perform all other duties and projects as assigned
REQUIRED FOR THE CYBERSECURITY MANAGER
- B.S. degree (required) or M.S. degree (desired) in computer science or information technology
- Relevant IT and security certifications including CISSP, CISM, GCIH, and GSLC
- 11 - 15 years of related experience with Security, Audit, or other relative system experience
- 3 -5 years implementing and administering IAM technology such as SAP, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Sail Point, RSA, Cyber Ark, etc..
- 3 - 5 years of related experience leading IT or Security teams
PREFERRED FOR THE CYBERSECURITY MANAGER
- Deep understanding and implementation of security best principles (e.g., Least Privilege, Segregation of Duties, RBAC, etc.) and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS, COBIT, OWASP, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of relevant security domains and common security controls
- Cybersecurity and IT Operations Management
- IT Service Delivery Supervision
- Identity lifecycle management
- Creating and renewing Digital Certificates
- Familiarity with Service Now or similar IT ticket management system
- Vendor selection and management
