We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our remote sales team. As an Customer Success Manager, you will build meaningful customer relationships, provide exceptional service, and guide customers through the application process with care. Key Responsibilities:

Proactively connect with prospective customers and establish rapport

Educate clients on various insurance products and recommend tailored solutions

Assist customers with policy applications and monitor the underwriting process

Review and evaluate existing insurance coverage, identifying gaps or opportunities for additional protection

Manage customer documentation with confidentiality and professionalism

Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to provide top-tier service

Ensure all policies meet regulatory and company standards
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Driver’s license (required)

1+ years of sales experience (preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
