Customer Service Representative - Retirement Benefits Analyst
This is a Customer Service Representative/Retirement Benefits Analyst position within the Member Services Division. Applicant must provide a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, and possess excellent customer service skills. Must be dependable and self-motivated with a good attitude, good organizational skills, and the ability to work well with others. Applicant’s work primarily entails counseling members on the phones and in person. Answers members questions regarding retirement benefits. Provides members with written estimates on available retirement options, different beneficiary designations, and all available retirement plans. This position is a training series; therefore, if the employee development is successful, it allows the employee an opportunity to promote to an RBA 2, RBA 3, RBA 4 and Retirement Benefits Specialist.
