South Metro Animal Emergency Care is an AAHA accredited 24/7 emergency care facility that is part of the Lakefield Veterinary Group. We are currently looking for team members to join us onfull-time or part-time for dayand evening shifts. Some holiday and weekend hours will be required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Welcoming pets and their families and creating a comforting environment.
Precise and dedicated client service and follow through.
Emergency triage over the phone and in person.
Client check-in and record management.
Client check-out and working with clients on payment options such as Care Credit and Scratch Pay.
Anticipate client's needs, provide information, and compassion.
General clean-up of lobby, exam rooms, and entrance area.
The ability to assist clients through difficult times, such as euthanasias.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one years' experience working in a client focused role in aveterinary practice.
High attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations in a positive, productive way.
Works well with the team.
Able to think critically and make decisions.
Willingness to learn and grow within veterinary medicine.
Strong desire to provide exceptional service.
