Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Billerica, MA Pay: $21-$23/hour Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Mon to Friday This is a full time, temp to perm position Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: · Enter customer orders with accuracy · Manage purchase order placement through invoicing to ensure the customer receives their order · Manage incoming email and a group mailbox · Collaborate with internal and external sources to meet customer expectations · Create new customer accounts in the ERP system when required · Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications of the Customer Service and Online Order Processing Specialist: · 3-5 years of experience in a customer service environment · Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Excellent problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
Proficient with MS Word and Excel, as well as CRM, ERP systems
