  • 1+ year of call center / phone based customer service experience
  • Upbeat attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Prior medical device experience preferred

FULL DESCRIPTION : The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Customer Support: Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers, providing excellent service and support for a range of medical devices and related products.
  • Product Inquiries: Assist customers by answering questions about product features, specifications, usage instructions, and availability.
  • Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to medical devices, providing solutions or escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, working to resolve issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, product issues, and resolutions in the company's customer management system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and shipping, to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up on customer inquiries.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements specific to the medical device industry, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and safety.
The selected candidate will also possess:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or complex inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Basic technical aptitude or a willingness to learn about medical device products and troubleshooting.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry basics is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be comfortable working with medical professionals and patients in a professional manner.
Salary Range: $22-$26/hr
