FULL DESCRIPTION: The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Customer Support: Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers, providing excellent service and support for a range of medical devices and related products.
Product Inquiries: Assist customers by answering questions about product features, specifications, usage instructions, and availability.
Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to medical devices, providing solutions or escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, working to resolve issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, product issues, and resolutions in the company's customer management system.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and shipping, to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up on customer inquiries.
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements specific to the medical device industry, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and safety.
The selected candidate will also possess:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive or complex inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
Basic technical aptitude or a willingness to learn about medical device products and troubleshooting.
Previous customer service or call center experience required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry basics is a plus, but not required.
Must be comfortable working with medical professionals and patients in a professional manner.
