Sky West is hiring immediately for entry level Customer Service Agents! No prior experience in aviation required. As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers. The result is a rewarding opportunity to learn many different facets of the Sky West operation.

- Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner
- Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints
- Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews
- Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights
- Other duties as assigned
We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! Sky West Customer Service Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. To apply, you only have to meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver’s license
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willing to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- This is a part-time position, starting at $14.42 an hour
