The Customer Care Representative provides exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling requests efficiently. This role involves direct communication with customers via phone, email, chat or in-person ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Full-time position. $35-$40k annually.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Work history suggesting ability to actively listen, multitask, and be detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers by telephone and in person to provide information about our products and services
- Keep accurate details of activities in the database of customer accounts
- Upsell our products and services
- Work diligently to resolve customers’ problems
- Identify the necessary information needed to delegate incoming calls to the next person
- Resolve conflicts or otherwise negotiate to create a more positive experience for customers
- Assist in taking new sales calls and lead follow ups
- Make outbound calls to existing customers
