Ryan Nissan is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Agent to join our service team. You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming service requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential service leads, booking appointments, and acting as a first point of contact for customers.

Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries
Logging customer details and comments in our system
Maintaining a professional appearance
Scheduling appointments and providing follow-up
Facilitating outbound calls and online reminders
Coming to work with a new joke daily
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service
Ability to have fun, whether wearing a Halloween costume or an Ugly Sweater
