Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
Utilize computerized systems to access and update customer records
Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is a plus
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
Ability to type efficiently and accurately
Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling cash transactions
