Position Objective: Primary role is to facilitate logistics of custom application equipment while serving the customers and facilities needs. Qualifications: Candidate must have strong work ethic and be passionate about providing great customer service. Must be highly motivated and have a desire to produce consistent results in a high pressure environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills a must, have a strong understanding of the products we handle. Computer skills and knowledge of software needed. Responsibilities:
Responsible for scheduling custom application equipment.
Communicate daily with customers, other facilities, and salesman on custom application.
Take orders, calculate quantities and rates of products that are custom applied.
Assist customers at facility and provide guidance on custom application in a professional way.
Provide guidance on equipment needs and repairs of custom application.
Detailed documentation and organization skills are a must.
Work in a team environment and treat all fairly.
Train and work with new applicators.
Be able to multitask and work in a fast paced demanding environment.
Calculate and bill customers in a timely manner.
Education: High School or vocational/technical degree in a related field Experience: 2-5 years of experience in custom application or related field. Skills: Excellent communication skills, including verbal, listening and written communication, problem solving ability, time management, analytical skills, must have strong math skills, customer relation skills are critical.
