Custodian/Janitor- 12 hour night shift

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.

Clean restrooms in assigned building and area.
Clean break areas including around the vending machine area.
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office space.
Trash removal.
Sort cardboard boxes.
Climb and work from 8' step ladder.
Request supplies as needed through supervisor.
To perform miscellaneous maintenance tasks as requested by supervisor.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Write work orders for maintenance. Resources based on knowledge of work environment.
Notify maintenance supervisor concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment, and safety issues.
Know all relevant SOP's.
Participate as a team player.
Must be able to meet the attendance requirement for the position.
Assist in recycling efforts of division assigned to.
