Exciting Criticalist Opportunity in Eugene-Springfield, OR! ***NO NON-Compete!***
Looking for an opportunity to make an impact in emergency veterinary medicine? The Emergency Veterinary Hospital & Specialty Center in Eugene-Springfield, OR is seeking a Criticalist to join our highly experienced 24/7 ER team in our brand new 12,000+ square foot facility.
At the Emergency Veterinary Hospital & Specialty Center of Eugene-Springfield, we have a rich legacy of providing exceptional emergency care since 1978. Our new state-of-the-art facility includes advanced treatment facilities, ORs, and a Toshiba 128 slice CT unit for advanced imaging, complementing our already cutting-edge ultrasound and digital x-ray modalities. Our brand-new CT adds state-of-the-art imaging to our ER offerings, and our dental specialist provides advanced dentistry services to the community on a weekly basis.
We foster a culture of collaboration and wellness to enable our doctors and support staff to practice in an environment that fosters quality of life, professional development, and excellent care. We have been AAHA accredited since 2008, and our commitment to these standards enables our associates to practice the best quality of medicine.
You will be working closely with our long-time Medical Director and practice owner, Dr. Max Rinaldi, and our highly experienced Hospital Administrator, Dave Berg. Our core values do the right thing, fun, wow service, respect, and learning guide everything we do at the Emergency Veterinary Hospital & Specialty Center.

Our compensation package includes a startingbase salary between$200,000 - $300,000, monthly production with no-negative accrual, and sign-on bonus.We offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, with company HSA contribution), life and disability insurance, 401K with company match, PTO, generous CE, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, uniform allowance, and more.
