Job Summary: The Creative Media & Content Specialist will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Marketing team to produce engaging visual content for our resorts and hospitality venues. This role combines graphic design, social media, email marketing, and multimedia production to drive brand consistency and promote our properties. We’re looking for a creative professional who is excited to support a range of projects and eager to grow with us as we elevate our brand across digital and print channels. Key Responsibilities:
Visual Content Creation:
Design eye-catching graphics for social media, print collateral, and digital signage to communicate promotions and brand messages effectively.
Capture and edit photos and videos for use across social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Prior experience with video editing and basic animations is a plus!
Work closely with the CMO and Marketing team to produce seasonal and event-driven content that engages audiences and enhances brand presence.
Email and Social Media Support:
Create visually compelling emails for campaigns and announcements, with the flexibility to learn email best practices if new to this area.
Collaborate with the team to develop and schedule monthly social media posts, aligning content with brand goals and upcoming events.
Bring creative ideas to the table for improving social media engagement, adapting visuals to fit each platform.
Vendor and Printer Coordination:
Assist with coordinating production for printed materials, working with external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Manage timelines and production schedules for digital and print campaigns as needed to support marketing initiatives.
Growth Opportunities:
Develop and expand skills in multimedia, marketing, and hospitality brand management in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Work across various properties, gaining experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with guidance from the CMO and Marketing team.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar design and video tools.
Prior experience with social media platforms and a strong sense of visual branding.
3+ years of experience in graphic design or multimedia, ideally within hospitality or a similar fast-paced industry.
Professional appearance and polished communication skills; you’ll be an important representative of our brand.
Organized, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning and growing within a collaborative marketing team.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, with flexibility to support occasional weekend or holiday events in the hospitality industry.
Local travel along the Gulf Coast may be required to support various properties and events.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
